Guatemalan worry dolls !

According to legend, if a child or adult is feeling anxious, sad, or overwhelmed, they share their worries with the dolls. Traditionally, you take the dolls out of their pouch and tell each doll one problem or fear. You then place the dolls under your pillow before going to sleep. Throughout the night, the dolls bear the burden of the worries, and by morning, the problem is said to have been taken away or resolved.
