We are taking a summer break from Knit/Crochet nights, although that doesn’t mean we’ve stopped making stuff! I’m currently getting winter sweaters ready for all 5 of my grandchildren, so if you see me madly knitting away at the shop, you’ll know just what I’m up to. Fortunately some of the little ones are still very small!

Knit Nights will resume on Thursday September 24th at our usual 6-8 time. In the meantime time, feel free to come sit and do your handwork in the comfort of our air conditioned and air purified space. Happy making! Heidi

We are happy to welcome the newest Sandnes Garn yarn, ATLAS, into the wool-fold of our shop! Sandnes Garn products continue to amaze us with their variety, quality, and performance, and getting to sample something new is always a delight. Atlas is a worsted/aran weight wool composed of 70% lambs wool and 30% merino. It is non-superwash, so will provide beautiful stitch definition and drape. Great for colourwork! I’m already dreaming about a sweater in this yarn. It would show off nicely in the Lumme pullover by Sari Nordlund, the Goldwing by Jennifer Steingass, or the Ingrid Sweater by PetiteKnit.
