A popular question we have been receiving lately is how do we price out a repair? We determine our product cost based on what you yourself can buy the screen for online. So that way it doesn't matter whether you purchase a screen and have us install it. Or we purchase it then install it. All you need to pay for is the time of the repair. We bill based on a 15 minute minimum at $10. So for every additional 15 minutes add $10. This is why the actual cost of repair for an iPhone 5 may be less expensive than the cost for an iPhone 4S.
