Cycles Toussaint was founded in Calgary, Alberta by Evan and Jason in the spring of 2012. We’ve ridden bikes all our lives. From three wheelers to BMX, road racing, track racing, touring, commuting and mountain biking, we just love bicycles and riding them. We began with the idea of providing comfort and classic style as the starting point, so we created the Velo Routier frame. A wonderfully built steel classic frame that incorporates our desire for 650B wheels. We complimented this with a full spec Velo Routier bike with classic components and our own proprietary cream-tread Pacenti Pari-Moto tires made exclusively for us at Cycles Toussaint by Panaracer. The Velo Routier is perfect for long rides and light touring. We also have the Citie version with upright handlebars ready for urban riding and commuting. Both bicycles are fully equipped with beautiful and durable hammered aluminium fenders, stainless steel luggage racks, bottle cages and frame pump.
Jason has since moved on to other endeavors but Angus and Mike have joined Evan. In 2019 we created a our not-for-profit social arm and developed the Ami electric-assisted tri-shaw for Cycling Without Age.
We look forward to hearing from all of you and if you like what you see and want something a little different, drop us a line at [email protected] and we can create a custom build for you if that’s your desire. We will be writing at our blog www.rideyourjourney.com and tweeting @cyclestoussaint.com about all things pedal powered that strike our fancy. Like us on Facebook - Cycles Toussaint.
