We were supper excited to take part in the opening night of the summer-long Strathroy market in our home town!

True to May 24 weekends, a beautiful week turned into a gusty cool and drizzling weekend. There was great attendance despite the weather, and we saw teachers, classmates, and friends!

Stella and Kenzie both ride in the same lesson and love when they have speed games that they can both race against each other and cheer each other on!

There is also another sister pairing in thier lesson, who have become good friends of Kenzie and Stella. They have many plans for summer together - for barn camp, volunteering, extra rising, pool parties, and sleepovers.

This weekend we are at thier friends school market on Saturday! We would love to see you to support the school and/or Kenzie and Stella's booths!

Stella and Kenzie began thier businesses last year to save money for extra riding in the summer months. As the weather changes they are looking forward to staying late after lessons to watch their coach ride and play with friends, as well as spending more time with thier lesson horses on the weekend to work independantly on skills and get some extra practice.

As a mom, I am so proud of thier hard work and dedication to make money for what they love. The extra riding really pays off in the summer as thier confidence and skills soar.

Kenzie is excited to volunteer at camp this year for 2 weeks, too! It is amazing to see how the older girls at the barn have shaped her and now she is growing into that role as younger riders come along and look up to her.

Stella was excited to do a custom order of 9 bars of soap for a coastal bathroom. Stella made 6 beach bars, and 3 classic Seaside Escape. We didn't take a picture, but her customer sent her this from her bathroom. So pretty and lots of fun! Thanks, Susan for supporting Stella!

Wrapped up the Christmas season with success! We are all looking forward to a break in markets and some creative idea time before spring arrives.

We all learned a lot through the last market season. Especially that market days are long hard work, and a little kid creative time helps!

Thank you to all our friends who follow and visit us at markets. And thank you to all the customers who have bought and supported Stella and Kenzie with positive comments!

We love a good night market, especially when it is indoors in the winter! There is something magical about an outdoor night market, though.

Ailsa Craig has both this Friday! A whole town wide shopping and activity night! So, indoors or out, there is something for everyone!

Last weekend kicked off the Christmas Market season in London. This Saturday we will be at The Christmas Joy market in Watford!
