We got some delightful fabric in today. It was part of a collection but Ive been scaling back what I buy because, well, if you've been in the store, you know why.

The five bolts are called, "Cherry Orchard". Part of me wishes I had bought the whole collection, but where would I have put it? The girls and i have thought about how to hang it from the ceiling but I dont think the ceiling could support the weight.

More Christmas fabric is coming but here is one that snuck in by itself.

Oh, and we got some "Stonehenge Organics" in.

A squirrel chewed through the wire that was in the crow's nest area.

But, 1 1/2 hours later, we are back to normal.

So today (Tues, Aug 11) was an interesting day of sorts. Our modem died and I called Sasktel and they said the soonest someone could come out was on the 13th. I said I couldn't wait that long but I guess I dont get to choose when someone comes.

Being without the internet was rough because Im trying to put orders in and I couldn't. And for some reason, when the modem died, it took out the phone and the internet on my personal cell phone. So I couldnt post something saying that our phone and internet was dead.

When we finally looked at our phone, it said we had 8 missed calls. Needless to say, I will call Sasktel in the morning and try and be polite while explaining we didnt have a phone. Not impressed.

For those of you who called, sorry we didnt answer.

I'll be on it in the morning.

A Sunday check-in with everyone.
