The lowers on this Fox38 fork was pressurizing causing the fork to violently rebound with no control. An air spring rebuild did the trick, found a defective seal inside. Crazy how little it takes to impede the performance of these modern forks!

Ask for the green seals and make your fork awesome! The SKF dust wipers provide 40% less friction then the original OEM seals making it a great upgrade during your next visit. Only $25 extra with any service or rebuild!

Fresh Fork rebuild! Fork travel increased from 130mm to 150mm, Vorsprung Luftkappe upgrade carried out and top it all off with a fresh set of green SKF dust wipers. This fork feels as good as it looks and is ready for some serious trails!!

The Vorsprung Luftkappe Air Piston is a simple design that increases the volume in your forks negative air chamber. Having a larger negative volume allows your fork to start moving with less force which in turn increases the small bump sensitivity. I offer free installation during a fork rebuild.
