We have for you! This is one of my personal favourites…maybe because I have often been compared to garden gnomes (due to both my stature and fashion sense), or maybe because the Queensland Adelaide yarn is a beautiful silk, merino blend with colours so rich we’ve been trying to come up with the perfect project for them since they arrived. This just might be it! Come see the other colours we have in the shop. 🌈

Happy World-Wide Knit in Public Day, ! It’s a little wet out there, but that shouldn’t stop you from finding a spot in a cozy café, the public library, or another spot in the wild where you can help show the world that our craft is alive and well, and a lot of fun.

Drop by the shop today for an easy, free pattern (knit or crochet) and to see the specials we have on some of our summer fibre.

Then head out there and get making. While you do, grab a picture and share it using the hashtags: and in our facebook group and/or on instagram by the end of the day today - and you’ll be entered into a prize draw at the shop!

WWKIPD stands for Worldwide Knit in Public Day. It is the largest global, knitter-run event where fiber artists—including knitters, crocheters, and spinners—leave their homes to craft together in public spaces.

We encourage local (and visiting) fibre artists to come by Three Bags Full 303 Mountain Road in Moncton around 11:00am tomorrow to meet up with fellow crafters, grab a quick, free pattern, and head out into the public to share fibre art with the world and show that it is a social activity.
