Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1–2 tbsp Yogti chia seeds
½ cup almond milk (for soaking chia seeds)
½–1 cup additional almond milk (for blending, adjust for consistency)
1 tbsp Greek yogurt (for topping)

Instructions
Soak the chia seeds in ½ cup almond milk for at least 15–20 minutes (or overnight for best results).
Add the banana and blueberries to a blender.
Pour in the soaked chia seed mixture.
Add extra almond milk as needed and blend until smooth and creamy.
