French Macarons are delicate cookies with a crunchy exterior and weightless interior.

These have been on my baking list for a few months. I’ve been studying, testing, and driving myself crazy in the kitchen for months trying to get these things right.
I can’t say I’ve perfected these delicate little cookies yet. But they’re not that bad.
