Our Ideal Qualifications:
β Minimum of 1 year of experience as a hairstylist in a similar role.
β Experience in cutting, styling and colouring all hair types. (wavy, curly, straight, thin, thick, etc)
β Hair colouring experience should include full colour, highlights, root touch-up, ombre, and balayage.
β Experience with wigs, hairpieces and extensions is an asset.
β A courteous, professional, and business-like appearance and demeanour.
β Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
β Elevated attention to detail and accuracy.
β Ability to learn and understand quickly and easily.
β Require flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends. (Sundays required.)
Your Responsibilities:
β Ability to consult and recommend the best hair colour, cut, style and repair solutions.
β Treat scalp and hair.
β Cross-sell, upsell and suggest in-store products to clients as post haircut and style maintenance at home.
β Follow all COVID-19 safety guidelines and compliance. (Training provided.)
