From drab to DANG, this outdated dresser got a serious glow-up ✨

I measured, cut, and calculated each wood slat carefully. No shortcuts here. Glued them on, brad-nailed them into place, then filled every tiny gap with caulk.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
BUT let’s be real, I made a rookie mistake. I used two different primers (why though 😅), which meant some serious re-sanding and re-priming. Lesson learned: BIN primer all the way.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then came the fun part: paint! I used a general latex paint, turned it into chalk paint with a little Chalktique magic, and added a touch of polyurethane for extra durability.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To seal the deal, I’m using a diamond finish satin poly with my Max Finish sprayer. Easy to clean, super quick to assemble, and honestly, a game-changer for smooth finishes.

As a busy mom, I want to provide for my little one. I have been doing a mix of breastfeeding, pumping, and formula use, too!

But on days when I want to do some activity I can't be plugged into a wall.

A calm sneak peek.

I got this table for $30 dollars from FB Marketplace and used $10 of supplies and 5 hours of work. I am so happy to have a *real* dining table ( I had been using a $10 table held together by some wire for the past 5 years).

Remember that practice makes perfect. You may not get it right the first time! That's okay!
