Hey, everyone! Its been awhile since I introduced myself!

My name is Glenna and I am the creator behind Locally Handmade. I love creating new and exciting things with my sewing machine. There isn't a day that goes by where I am taking a break from sewing.
I've been told that I am like my grandmother who always made sewing creations. I still have all of my grandmother's quilts that she made me. Now I am returning the favour and making handmade things for everyone.

I am always looking for new ideas to create. This week I am working on creating a whole bunch of zippered pouches for my next tradeshow and handlebar bags. Once, I am done making those, I am going to start creating something new. 😊

My hope for the next month is to create:
large tote bags with matching hats. 🤞
Phone holders with attached lanyard, cosmetic bags, or travel toiletry cases.

I have updated my tradeshows list. My next trade show will be on June 28th. Its located between Yorkton and Rhein. I added two more summer tradeshows. They will be at Melville beach and I had to step down from the Madge lake market on July 4th. Melville beach is just a tad closer to me than Madge lake is.

If you think you will be around at these locations and would like to purchase something, give me a shout out and I will make sure to have them finished before I come your way.

I've had a few people ask me what my current memory bears look like. This bear that I have created seems to be on everyone's favorite list. This was a memory bear that was created from a baby blanket.

If you know anyone that is holding onto those sentimental items. Please, have them reach out to me. 🙂

Does your child collect rocks or leaves while you're on a bike ride or a scooter? Does your child need a stuffed animal when they leave the house? Do you have no where to put it?
I have a child who will pick up every rock she finds and put it in my purse. We have quite the collection of rocks at our place.

Introducing: a handle bar bag. I tested it out on both a scooter and a bike and they work just fine. I added snaps rather than velcro strips, so it's easier to transport heavier items.

I will be making more of these for my upcoming tradeshow.

For everyone who stopped by my booth today to purchase or just to say, "Hi!" Because of my amazing customers, I broke a record for my highest sales ever!

The most popular items were my bucket hats! I almost sold out! I got alot of feedback from you guys of what kinds to make next! I will be taking all of the comments that you guys had and I will be taking everyone's consideration for my next outdoor tradeshow!

I have alot of work to do now! My next market will be at Madge lake on July 4th!

Will there be any interest in Adult sized bucket hats?

If so, I can stock up on a few different colors for my next tradeshow.
