I had purchased a DDR3 RAM on onedealoutlet through the Best Buy website. Since I had no use for the RAM, I requested a refund for which I received an email with the instructions for return. I sent the RAM through registered mail. The product was returned as per instructions on the 24th of March. But I am yet to get my refund.

Is it possible for you to request an investigation into one of your marketplace sellers? I've had a horrible experience with OneDealOutlet Online Store, and I am NOT ALONE. Their negative score is approaching 1 out of every three orders. On October 9, they were 24% negative. HELP!
Purchase an item with misleading description through Amazon. Purchased the right one again from OneDealOUtlet AND asked for refund/return of the incorrect purchase. 2 requests through Amazon, 2 emails to [email protected]
and 2 messages to customer service phone line ALL WITHOUT replies!!! This is bad customer service
Scammers. Avoid this company which has multiple names like BteOutlet. They will ship wrong defective items that what is ordered. Their phones don't work and no one responds to e-mails.
I placed an order through Amazon for a Transcend JetDrive Lite 130 256GB Storage Expansion Card for 13-Inch MacBook Air, (TS256GJDL130), The price quoted was $68.19. When I placed the order, they had the item on stock. a couple of days later, I received a mail stating that the item was back-order. I went to the amazon site and checked for the seller OneDealOutlet, they had the item in stock but for $160.99.
They did not ship the item and kept it back-order, I had no choice but to cancel my order. Do not trust this seller.🤬
