🌴World Hijab Day🧕🏽🌴

World Hijab Day is an annual event founded by Nazma Khan in 2013, taking place on 1 February each year in 140 countries worldwide. Its stated purpose is to encourage women of all religions and backgrounds to wear and experience the hijab for a day and to educate and spread awareness on why hijab is worn.

We all have our journeys and reasons. We all may know someone who wears it. Today we take a moment to recognize that it isn’t easy and show each other support ❤️

For the past almost 10 years, you’ve allowed us to be a part of your hijab journey... many of you coming to the shop to prepare for your big day, wedding, graduation, baby shower. Or supporting a friend or family member by gifting them one for their first hijab day. Or for a young girl wanting to wear it to the mosque. Or for a new convert sister who may need one for prayer.

We thank each and everyone of you for allowing us to be a part of that blessed journey ❤️🧕🏽
