EDITED TO ADD: We will be closed Thursday May 8th for inventory/store turnover.

To all my customers and friends, I am sharing some news that is a little bittersweet but also very exciting! As of this Friday, I have sold the businesses of Peek thru my Window and Fancy That. I will be operating solely as The County Line. A wonderful little family who have lived in Markdale for several years, Jaymin and Mausam Ravel, have purchased Peek and Fancy, and are excited to carry on the charm and legacy of these two shops! Please join me in extending a warm Markdale welcome to Jaymin and Mausam and be sure to stop by and visit as soon as they have opened! We can’t wait to welcome you all to our “new” businesses!! Laundromat Closed Until Further Notice. We are disheartened and frustrated by the endless amount of snow that has accumulated and last night we had a significant amount slide off the roof to block the Laundromat entrance. This is AFTER we spent the weekend on the roof removing what we could. We simply cannot move it anywhere and cannot access the recent roof avalanche with snow removal equipment as there is no room to manoeuvre. We will not be able to open the Laundromat until we can clear the snow and ensure it is safe for our customers. We are so very sorry for this inconvenience but access is impossible.
