This journey of the wellness studio has made my dreams come true. Even though this door has closed, I know in my heart it is leading to a wonderful next chapter in my journey.

Life advice...Always chase your dreams, no matter how crazy people think they are...the growth you experience by taking those leaps...lead you to the most beautiful, challenging and rewarding place.

We are closing.

As I reflect on the past three years, I cannot help but smile as memories of the Wellness Studio flood my mind. It has been an absolute pleasure connecting with so many beautiful souls during this time. This chapter might be coming to a close, but I have faith that life always has unexpected opportunities in store. I am grateful for every person who stepped foot into the studio to take part in a yoga class or choose the perfect crystal. You all played a crucial role in my journey as a business owner in Mackenzie, and for that, I am eternally grateful. As we begin a new adventure, please keep an eye on our in-store specials and events over the next couple of weeks. Our final day of operation will be on September 27th. Remember to always choose love and light, and thank you for being a part of this magical journey.

Summer is the season of warmth and possibility. It's a time to say yes to new experiences, to feel the sand between your toes, and to ground yourself in the abundance of nature. The wellness studio understands the importance of embracing this short season, which is why we are adjusting our hours to give ourselves the time needed to fully immerse ourselves in all that summer has to offer. While we still offer appointments for those in need, our store hours will be kept to a minimum so that we can enjoy the sunset, feel the warmth of the sun on their skin, and truly appreciate the beauty of being fully present in the season. This is a reminder to all of us that sometimes it's necessary to slow down, take a moment for ourselves and enjoy the moment. Life is too short to not fully embrace the summer season.
