Joyce's Sewing Shop Joyce's Sewing Shop has been fulfilling Londoners' sewing and quilting needs for nearly three decades. Julien St, London, Ontario.

We opened our doors November 1, 1986 as Husqvarna White Sew & Knit Center at 159 St. As many of you remember, we had only 400 square feet and a lot of products! We were your one stop sewing shop. We carried the hard to find items and notions you would find demonstrated on sewing shows - and we still do carry these items. We also carried Pfaff knitting machines but stopped about 5 years later. In F

ebruary 1997 we moved to 325 Wortley Road, London, Ontario with a lot more space and two classrooms. In September 2001 we started to carry the BabyLock brand of sewing machines and sergers. This gives our customers another choice, with the same great service from our store. In 2002 we changed our name to "Joyce's Sewing Shop". In 2006 we celebrated our 20th year in the sewing business.

As most of you know now I have retired and I am in the process of closing down the business of Joyce’s Sewing Shop Ltd. I have sold the building on Wortley Road to Nova Sewing. We wish him good luck with his new location as it has been a very good location for me. Thank you for all your support in the last 31 years. I will miss all of you!!

We have had a lot of fun at Joyce’s Sewing Shop in the 32 years that we have been open. On Saturday March 17th we are having a party in the afternoon to celebrate. This will be our last day to be open as I am going to be retired after that. We have 50% to 90% off everything starting Tuesday to Saturday. All furniture and fixtures are for sale also.
