What a truly delightful Gamay from an unlikely source. Cave Spring, known for sparkling, Riesling and Cabernet Franc adds another grape to their “what we should be known for” wines … juicy cherry, raspberry and a touch of white pepper, plus acidity to keep it all feeling fresh – an accidental (but welcome) chill added yet an extra layer of enjoyment and fruitiness. ⁣
