MEET THE ARTIST

**Samantha K. Art**

Calgary-born, self-taught, painting from a cottage studio outside the city. Inspired by Fauvism and Post-Impressionism, Samantha creates large, immersive scenes with the illusion of space and depth — like you could step right in.

After witnessing a traumatic accident in 2022, she turned to painting as therapy. It became something bigger: a way to capture the spaces that make us feel safe — a table, a quiet corner, a place to gather with people we love. Her work reminds us not to take that for granted.
