Marche nordique à Wentworth-Nord, le long du lac Saint-François-Xavier. Il y avait une belle brise, donc malgré les 35 degrés, tout le monde allait bien. Une petite pause sur la plage.

Nordic walking in Wentworth-nord along lac St. Francois Xavier. There was a beautiful breeze so despite the 35 degree temps we were all good. A pit stop for water on the beach.
