Our specialty house shortbread infused with lemon and lavender, and topped with a lemon drizzle and cornflowers. Available as bars or a package of eight with no drizzle.

A sweet, slightly tart punch of pomegranate + smooth, earthy undertones of rosemary, over our hot chocolate. All made inhouse.

It tastes… exactly like the Brookside chocolate-covered acai berries you can get at Costco 🤫🫐

We’re stoked to be participating in ‘s 3rd annual “The Warmest Mug” contest, a month-long fundraising competition of hot chocolates across several small businesses in the region. A women’s shelter based in Kitchener, Marillac Place does incredible work by facilitating intentional, impactful transitions for women with children experiencing adversity.

👐 All proceeds from this hot chocolate will go to Marillac Place.

Wednesdays and Thursdays are Sesame Spelt days here at Roux Bakehouse… and also owner/head baker Hayley’s favourite days 😏

Both crusted and mixed with sesame seeds, this loaf is made with 40% spelt flour to produce a fluffy, nutty delight.

What’s micro-milled tea? It’s like maccha… but not ☝️

Out in Victoria (BC), Jagasilk takes organic tea leaves, mills them in-house with sugar and natural flavour blends to produce a balanced, fine powder that can simply be stirred into your milk of choice.

Roux's second year of business came with a growth spurt! We welcomed new team members, baked more than ever before, and expanded our coffee, matcha, and tea offerings.

None of it would have been possible without the incredible support of our community, and we’re so grateful you chose to support this little pink bakery again and again. Thank you!
