Our goal is to provide youth with valuable life skills and the foundational work skills that will allow them to be successful in their future endeavours. Concurrently, we are aiming to provide the community with a more cost effective used bike shop, giving everyone better access to transportation.

🚲 Cycling Week Event Spotlight: EarthFest Bike Valet & Safety Check 🌎

Join Cycle Kingston at EarthFest on Saturday, June 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for free Bike Valet and Bike Safety Checks at Confederation Basin Park.

Ride to the festival and leave your bicycle in the care of Bicycle Valet Kingston while you enjoy the activities. Need a quick inspection before your next ride? Gear Up Recycled Bikes will also be on site providing bicycle safety checks.

As Cycling Week celebrates the many ways bicycles connect our community, EarthFest is the perfect opportunity to choose active transportation, support sustainability, and enjoy a day by the waterfront.

Cycling Week in Kingston brings together cyclists, non-cyclists, community groups, and local businesses to highlight the many ways bicycles connect us—whether through commuting, recreation, health, sustainability, or culture.

From group rides and community breakfasts to bike tune-ups, safety checks, and special events across the city, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Explore Kingston by bike, take part in organized rides with local leaders, and discover cycling-friendly promotions from participating businesses.

Cycling Week has been a Kingston tradition since 2003, supported by Cycle Kingston and the City of Kingston, and continues to grow as a celebration of community, sustainability, and mobility.
