At pre-release events, players crack open a Pre-release Pack, build a Sealed deck, and try out the set for the first time in a casual tournament.

Each player receives a pre-release pack containing 6 Play Boosters and 1 foil Rare or Mythic Rare
After opening their packs, players build a minimum 40 card deck and play in a 4 round tournament with pack per win prizing
