Induction is one of those things people hear about all the time, but don’t fully understand until they see it in action.

The biggest difference is how it heats. Electric heats the surface first. Induction heats the pan directly. That one shift changes everything.

You get faster cooking, better control, and less heat lost into your kitchen. It also stays cooler and is easier to clean, which makes a bigger difference day to day than most people expect.

The only catch is your cookware needs to be compatible, but most newer sets already are.
