Since many of you have messaged what we can use, here is a list of ideas for our shelves.
You may have seen in an earlier post we are out of KD, here are some more ideas.

*Noodles of all kinds
*canned veggies: corn, peas, carrots, mixed vegetables , mushrooms, tomatoes, green or yellow beans (we get quite a lot of baked and kidney beans so are OK there!)
* Canned fruit: peaches, pears, fruit cocktail, apple sauce, fruit cups
*Canned chicken, turkey, ham (flakes or chunk)
* Small packages of oatmeal
*crackers and snacks like cereal bars
*Kid friendly snacks: with school on break many kids don’t have access to the early morning and snack offerings they do in the school year.
* little condiments and spices, salt and pepper are nice extras
* juice boxes, water bottles…..very helpful in this heat!

* IF YOU GARDEN; we are happy to accept extra fresh produce you have, best shared Tuesday and Thursday on site before we start sharing hampers. Feel free to call the number above if that tie doesn’t work and we can see what we can do.

*. Greyson’s cupboard stocks gluten free and lactose free items for those who need them. Families who have GF kids really appreciate some easy snacks and ability to get a few staples. All our local grocery stores carry GF crackers etc.

TO EVERYONE WHO REACHED OUT thank you very much. Our friends and neighbours who need a little hand appreciate the support as do we. We couldn’t help without you. ❤️
