Yoga and meditation help you understand your body and thoughts better. Through understanding your thoughts, you can understand where your limitations have stemmed from. Through understanding your body, you can understand what makes you tired, or weak. Once you realize whats holding you back from flying, from truly living, you can begin to alter those states of being, and live a more fulfilling, exciting, and magical life!
