I need to make an amendment regarding the gig I posted about. A guitar was specified for performance. Sorry for any confusion.

I got a call from someone wanting to hire a musician that can play a soft jazz and/or classical style for a private event. If your interested, send me a message for details.

Need some practice material? Need some resources to make practice a bit more fun? Here are some of the websites I use that offer free references and services that can help elevate your playing:

Jguitar https://jguitar.com/

I've been using this website since I was teen. It an amazing reference for chords and scales. It even has a real cool Chord Namer feature. Even if you don't play a string instrument, it's a great way to expose yourself to new challenges. I recommend looking into the Harmonic Minor scales.

Onemotion Drum Machine https://www.onemotion.com/drum-machine/

A free online drum machine that offers a variety of kits. A great way to practice rhythm with out the monotony of a metronome. Gives you a chance to get out of the 4/4 slump with some odd time signatures. It can do swing beats too if you're feeling adventurous. 5/4 time with a light swing is a lot of fun!

Onemotion Chord Player https://www.onemotion.com/chord-player/

Want a chord progression to jam with but don't want to invest in a loop pedal? Here's you answer! Pick a scale, drag the chords that are in it onto the track, And voila! You got yourself a medium to jam over. It's a great way to study chord progressions too! Here's a challenge for you: make a progression that uses an Augmented or Diminished. Those ones can be tricky.

Free complete chord progression app to create and play online in your browser with common chords and styles. Export to MIDI or WAV.

Our new website is up! Parts of it are still under construction but I think it looks great so far. With this the backend system in place we are now taking consignments now that keeping track of them is now streamlined. Orders can be made online but delivery is still in the works.

More Exciting developments are in the works! We'll be closed on Victoria Day so everyone have a safe long weekend and see ya'll soon!
