Sadly, we have some not so good news to share with you.
As you all know, Covid has been challenging many small businesses in numerous ways for over a year. We have all had to work with new ideas and reinvent our businesses almost from scratch. The struggles we have faced over the last year has not been easy--but somehow we made it work.
Our suppliers have also been hit with massive challenges and that has trickled now to us. It has been near impossible for us to secure product for the last little bit, but we could carry on as we have always carried more stock than we could have needed at any time. Our suppliers from basic tees to Cubbies have seen shipping delays which affected us, and in one case whole shipping containers have been booked and cancelled numerous times. There have been solutions, but they have been very costly. The added cost of product is not something we can eat as a small business, and it is not something I feel we can pass on to you.
Sadly, over the next little while we will be disabling our website and uploading all remaining stock right here on FB. We will continue to accept orders while supplies last via our FB page. Once the website has been disabled, we will only accept payments through EMT. At this point, we are unsure what the future holds for Sew What World, but we are hoping this change is temporary. Our goal is to bounce right back as soon as "normal" returns ;)
In the meantime, the website is still active. The stock you see on there right now is all we have and we do not have any guarantees for more. I strongly advise you to order ASAP if you need something.
