What a great Free Online COOKING CLASS we had on March 9! Recipes were prepared in the Pressure Cooker and MicroPro Grill. The Irish Stew and Irish Potato Cakes are great recipes to prep in advance, freeze, and cook for another day when you don't have time to prepare a healthy meal. Recipes have been posted in my group. Save the date for the next Cooking Class, Monday, May 11, 8PM ET.
