For the last 15+ years yoga has been something that feels good for me. I had thought about doing a Yoga Teacher Training for years. I wanted to have a deeper understanding of why yoga helped me so much in mind, body and souls. Also, to be able to guide my personal practice.

When I was reading Anjeli’s YTT Academy website the first line said “personal development program disguised as yoga.” This is what I wanted/ needed. I did not register until the night before. I was so scared (FFT).

Initially I had no desire to teach. After several weeks in the program, feeling safe with my Kula (heart centred community) I decide I would complete the training’s teaching components.

YTT cracked my heart wide open, it was a life changing experience that brought so much healing with it.

and I, Katie, are so excited to announce a Full Moon Evening Retreat on August 11th at 6:30 pm at the farm.

The full moon is an opportunity to let go of what isn’t serving you. We will gather in community with the opportunity to work with the moons energy and and let it go, let it go✨

The retreat includes:
🌕 yoga
🌕mediation
🌕full moon ritual
🌕local food and drink
🌕giveaway
🌕community fire (stay as long as you like and bask in the full moon with us)

I can remember my first few steps on this property. One of those memories I can close my eyes and feel like I am reliving it. The striped dress I wore, the wind in my hair and sun on my face. The feeling of wonder that came over me. I wonder what this place could be for us?đź’­

It wasn’t one of those “this is it feelings.” There was so much work to be done. We waited and thought about if we were ready to take on this type of project and made an offer the next day.

This farm has been the centre of many dreamy dreams over the last few (almost 3) years. I am so happy we took the leap hosting markets. It feels so right gathering in community here ✨✨
