You’ve probably seen the post on our personal fb pages showing the Cottage we transformed last fall and had the amazing experience of acting on behalf of the owners as sellers.
Well, we sold it!
We are pretty excited for the owners and for us cause it just adds another layer to our resume...lol.

WOW, it’s been a while so I’m sure you are wondering what we have been up to... before Christmas we finished up on our biggest transformation project to date and because it was so major and took so long we have been in recovery mode.

This project was a major endeavour for us and to be perfectly honest way more than we first expected.....but you know us, nothing stops us from making a silk purse out of a sows ear...

It’s a cottage property located in the Hubbards area, on an awesome lake and close to Queensland Beach and a mer 5 minutes to Fox Point Beach.

I’m not going to do a full on reveal now but will post a few pictures and promise to give you the rest soon.

Here are before and after pictures of a pine cupboard make over in our clients Toney River cottage. Hopefully the weather will be nicer in the next couple of weeks and I will have some deck pictures to show you.

Don’t you just love the “Coral Gables” by Benjamin Moore chosen for the beadboard addition to the back and the sweet Frosted Cream colour for the main cabinet!

Take 2 .......due to some technical difficulties last evening it appears our post from yesterday has been deleted. For those of you who already received, liked, shared and made a comment we thank you and hope you will take a moment again and do it all over...

This is the very common, common room we transformed recently into a very UnCommon Common Room. As you will see from the photos the room blossomed from a gloomy space to a room that says, come in, stay awhile, watch a game or just be with family and friends.

We chose Revere Pewter by Benjamin Moore as the wall colour because it adds warmth but even more so it changes as the strength of the sun changes, so cool. The sofa, bar table, stools, dinning table, chairs, sideboard and 4 of the wall art pieces came from Structube, the armchairs and area rug came from Wayfair, the large black and white canvas, coffee and side tables came from HomeSense and the drapes came from Canadian Tire.

The feedback from the tenants on Tuesday evenings reveal were great, they even gave us a standing O when the Property Manager introduced us.

Where has the year gone, can’t believe we are ramping up for the Christmas Season already. Our trees are decorated and as usual they have enough bling they can be seen from space, good beacons for Saint Nick in case it’s stormy Christmas Eve.

We are excited about a new project proposal we are working on and will keep you posted on the progress. You will need to keep checking our page, but that makes us happy because we then know that you’ve liked what you’ve seen in the past.🥰
