Anyone who's had difficulty growing plants under black walnut trees: this is for you!

👉 Gardening under or near black walnut trees can be hard because of the juglone these trees emit into the soil (many plants will not grow under black walnut trees).

Getting ready for the autumn season as some of our student staff head back to university, we are looking for hardworking & friendly individuals to join our team in Guelph (18 minutes from downtown Cambridge).

Do you want to be a vendor, or do you know someone who might be interested?

We are looking for food vendors, artisans, and local businesses to participate in our upcoming community-oriented markets, with products such as (but not limited to!)

— baked goods & delicious treats

— wellness products

— preserves

— art

— fresh produce

— soap, candles

— other artisanale products

You can choose which Sundays work for you, or commit to the full 4 weeks for a discounted rate.

👉 This is a great opportunity to sell your products while our customers also shop for perennials, shrubs & trees, fall décor & women's fashion, and houseplants. It's a lovely time of year for a vendor market in our large greenhouses! ☀️

Remember when we said "leashed pets welcome"?

👉 We forgot to say pets in carriers are ALSO absolutely welcome here with you 😃

This beautiful bird came to visit recently, as you can see in the photo in our tropical greenhouse.
..We may start a list of all the different types of wonderful animals that have come through. The bearded dragon that visited a few years ago was unique!

Other adorable canine companions also featured here: Loki, Jax, and Ziggy.

We look forward to seeing more of your four-legged, feathered, and other friends here - inside the greenhouses, outside amidst our perennials, shrubs, and trees, and in the boutique fashion area 👍
