Happy Thanksgiving! Doing a bit of experimenting this morning with a pumpkin-spice cupcake with maple cream cheese frosting! I’ve heard from my taste tester it’s pretty good!

I’ve had quite a few cake orders to do this past month, so instead of doing a traditional cake for my birthday, I made this brownie cake layered with chocolate chip cookie dough, topped with a peanut butter frosting and chocolate drizzle! All my favorite things! Completely dairy free (Except the blobs of whipped cream on the top which are easily avoided by those of us that cant do dairy . . .).
