There is a special peace that comes with a well-stocked pantry. Our 19th-century-inspired baking process takes 24 hours of care—from milling the heritage grains to the final bake.
We are moving to a Subscription Model this summer to better serve our regulars. Whether you need a single loaf for your morning toast or a full "Bread Basket" (including our seasonal jam and cookies), you can now reserve your month of bakes in advance.

Hey Pantry Fam!
This is the last week of April... If you want a Bread subscription for May, make sure to lock it in before our menu closes on Tuesday!

This week is a regular weekly bake with pickup and delivery as usual, and no markets.
Next week on May 9th we'll be in Hythe for the South Peace Garden Party!!
On May 30th we'll be at the Riverbend Golf & Country Club for the Petals & Putters Market.

We're working on adding more pop-ups for may, so we'll update the schedule as soon as we have confirmations.

Our menu will be changing this month....
Our friends at Chambers Acres are out of fresh onions and carrots, so that means that what we have left of our delicious Zesty Onion Marmalade and Carrot Cake Jam is all there is until harvest time!
The lemon curd is also retiring for the season and will be back next spring!
We'll be adding new jams for the summer season, so if you have any special requests, please let me know!
We're also working on other new menu items, so stay tuned this summer for some fresh flavours!
