Meet the Owner Behind Hotrod Welding LTD!

Hey Parkland! I’m Tyler Halabisky, owner of Hotrod Welding LTD, proudly based in Dauphin, serving communities across Canada

Born and raised in Dauphin, I spent much of my childhood on the farm before moving to Brandon after high school to pursue a career in welding and construction. Over the years, I’ve worked in welding shops, on construction sites, and projects across Canada, gaining experience in a wide variety of environments.

I started Hotrod Welding in 2019 and made the move to full-time in 2020. My goal was to challenge myself with different types of work, meet new people, and continue growing my skills in the trade. Today, I’m proud to employ several local apprentices who are successfully building their careers.

Supporting local is something I strongly believe in, Whether it’s fundraisers and events, or choosing to shop locally whenever possible, I believe strong communities are built by supporting one another.

My favourite projects are the industrial and commercial construction aswell as the maintenance and millwrighting side of things, Where every project brings a new challenge. I also enjoy retrofit jobs and finding practical solutions to keep things moving.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and Hotrod Welding LTD. over the years. We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to continuing to serve Dauphin and anywhere else the work takes us!

Most people know. But for the people that don’t know. The shop is open Saturday 9:00am to 1pm. And just call if you need something after work hours. If I’m around I will help you out.
