That house on the edge of the cliff isn't just a place.
It's me.

It's every anxious thought I've ever carried. Every inner voice that told me I wasn't good enough. Every fear that said stay quiet, don't post that, don't create that, don't let people see who you really are.

Saltbox Static Therapy was born from those voices.
Growing up in Newfoundland, I've always been surrounded by fog, rough seas and weather that could change in an instant. Anxiety feels a lot like that. Some days the fog rolls in so thick you can't see what's ahead. Some days the waves hit hard enough to make you question yourself.

For years, I listened to those voices.
Now I answer back.

Saltbox Static Therapy is my creative refuge. It's the old saltbox house hanging onto the cliffs while the storm rages around it. Inside, the static never completely disappears but instead of running from it, I've learned to turn it into something meaningful.
The music is AI generated, but the vision, the stories, the emotions, the lyrics, the concepts and the message are mine.

Every song starts with something real I've felt. Every project is another conversation between me and the voices in my head. The difference now is that I'm the one holding the microphone.
This isn't about pretending anxiety doesn't exist.
It's about healing out loud.
It's about taking the things that once made me feel small and transforming them into something loud enough to fill a dance floor. It's about reclaiming my own crown from the doubts that tried to wear it for me.

Saltbox Static Therapy is for anyone who has ever felt stuck.
For anyone who has ever been afraid to leave their comfort zone.
For anyone who has ever felt different, overwhelmed, anxious, lost or unheard.

You're not alone here.
This project is my journey of learning to let go, trust myself and enjoy life instead of constantly surviving it. Every release is another step away from fear and another step toward freedom.

The static still exists.
The fog still rolls in.
The waves still crash.
But the house is still standing.
And so am I.

I want to be transparent about my creative process. These songs were created using AI as a tool, but the vision, concepts, lyrics, themes, artwork direction and overall creative identity come from me. Every song begins with an idea, a feeling or a story I want to tell.

That glitching ghost dancing by the neon window represents the Kitchen Party Panic so many of us know all too well that crowded, frantic, overwhelming noise inside your own head when anxiety takes over. But around here, we don't let the static freeze us. We turn up the bassline, drag the shadow onto the floor and make it move to the rhythm.

It's Newfoundland grit clashing head on with a non stop electronic pop dance grid. It's therapy under the strobe lights.

If you’ve been tracking the page lately, you’ve seen the coordinates shifting and the dials glowing. I wanted to take a second to stand flat on the ground and tell you exactly what Saltbox Static Therapy and these Signal Logs mean to me.
This project is my creative chaos, born right here in the home studio.
Growing up as a 90s kid on this island, you learn to live with the elements. We’re used to the thick coastal fog rolling in and shutting things down. But for me, the heaviest fog hasn’t always been outside it’s been the mental static. The anxiety, the overthinking, the quiet battles a lot of us carry around every single day but rarely talk about out loud.
I didn't want to make slow, sad songs about that struggle. I wanted to make something that fights back.

That’s where Saltbox Static Therapy comes in. It’s a non stop wave of electric pop, dark synths and heavy 80s/90s dancefloor anthems. Some of the logs are dark and gritty, capturing the weight of the panic. Others are pure light and euphoria, built for healing and letting go. But every single one of them is designed to be a release valve. It's therapy under the strobe lights forcing the anxiety out of your head and straight into the bassline.
I don't hide how the gears turn, either. I steer the lyrics, the raw emotion and the visual architecture and then I use AI as my digital session musician to push the sound into maximum overdrive. It’s 100% Newfoundland heart mashed directly into a high tech digital grid.
