Big things happening in Pelican Town - the Stardew Valley "Welcome to Stardew Valley" MTG secret lair is releasing next month!

For this one, LGSs are able to order them directly, which means for this secret lair we get to do something we aren't often able to do - take pre-orders!

We're keeping it super-duper limited at first with just 4 available for pre-order, to gauge interest and to try to avoid selling more than we are able to get. But if you miss the pre-order, wishlist the item anyway! We may be able to add more back on at a later date if we are able!

Summer is in full swing, and our July events are too! 😎☀

Reminder that we are closed tomorrow, July 1st.

🧙 MTG Tuesdays are now on Saturday nights! We're trying something new with this, so we hope you enjoy this change. Tuesdays are currently available for open play, so if you'd like you can still get some casual games in for free! If you want more Saturday magic, or more Pioneer, make sure you attend these events!

🐉 We are now hosting D&D Encounters alongside our regular weekly RPG/Wargaming day on Monday nights. D&D Encounters will also take place at UNB on Fridays, if you can't make it out on Monday or if the space fills up we hope you can make it out to UNB on Fridays instead!

🦸‍♀️Commander Night on July 9th will feature Marvel Super Heroes Commander Party, with a promo available for attending (while supplies last)! If you'd like to play normal Commander, you're welcome to do so!

✨Riftbound will have its Pre-Rift (pre-release) event for the new Vendetta set on Sunday, July 26th at noon! Earlier in the month, we'll also have a Riftbound Summoner's Skirmish on July 4th at 1:00PM.

🔁 Other than any changes listed above, our weekly events continue on their regular schedules. Open play is available whenever no events are running - we recommend calling ahead on days with events scheduled to see if we may have space for you or your group.

Another pre-release weekend done and dusted! Congratulations to our top 8 (or top 4, for 2-Headed Giant) from each of the three days, and thank you to everyone who came out to play and try out the new set!

And don't forget - if you wanted to try out the new Marvel cards but didn't get a chance to attend a pre-release event, we also have our Release Draft this Friday at 6:30 in place of our usual Friday Night Magic! If you're new to MTG (or you've never played before), drafts are a fun place to start! You'll build your deck on the fly with the packs you pick, so there's no need to come with a deck already built! Our judges are usually more than willing to help out new players as well.

You come upon a comic book store and find.... Free RPG Day sales and game demos?!

THIS Saturday, June 27th, we'll have sales in our main floor, and upstairs there will be limited spots to try out various TTRPGs! Tables are limited to 5 to 6 players per game, and will be first come first served.

If you haven't already, you may want to join the local discord community (not ran or moderated by us) for RPG players to inquire if there's space before you arrive!
