• Items purchased at regular price may be exchange with sales receipt within a period of 20 days. If we do not have your size for an exchange, we will provide you the value of the goods in Gift certifi
cates, or you may choose a different item at same price or pay the difference if it is more expensive.
• Fabric: only full bolts can be return or exchanged. There is no exchange or returns on cut Fabric.
• Any Items purchased at discounted prices are final sales. No re-imbursement, no exchange.
• We do not do any special orders. If you wish to be informed of our next arrival of a certain Item, it will be a pleasure to send you a text message on your cell phone when those items arrive. Request to fill out the Notification form at the cash.
• Lay-away is accepted with a minimum of 50% depot. You have 15 days to come and pick up your item(s). Any purchase not picked up after 15 days, client will receive a call, and we will then put the items back on the sales floor and your depot will be provided back in gift certificates.
