We were honored to receive this write up following the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQI+ people event and awareness walk❤️
“Giishkaandago’ Ikwe Health Services partnered with several community organizations on May 5, 2026, in recognition of Red Dress Day—the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQI+ people. The event included an awareness walk and a community BBQ, bringing people together in remembrance, reflection, and advocacy.
To support this important gathering, we engaged Cedar Creek Design for event rentals, including a hex tent, tables, and chairs. Our experience working with their team was exceptional. Alyssa and Chelsey demonstrated a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication throughout the planning process.
They provided valuable guidance in determining the appropriate number of tables and chairs, and remained flexible when there were changes to our event location. Their team took the time to understand our vision, offering thoughtful recommendations—such as advising on tent wall options—to ensure the setup aligned with our needs.
Cedar Creek Design also ensured that all equipment was delivered and set up well in advance of the event, giving our team ample time to arrange and decorate the space. Their reliability and attention to detail contributed significantly to the smooth ex*****on of our event.
We would highly recommend Cedar Creek Design to any organization seeking dependable, professional event support.”
