Calgary-based author, Betty Jane Hegerat, visited the Airdrie Public Library (APL) on April 7 as part of the continuing Author Series. Hegerat is an award-winning writer who has written two novels, a collection of short stories, a book of creative non-fiction, and a young adult novel.
