As consultants, we need to be sure we are educated about microwave cooking and the myth that it somehow imparts radiation into our food. 🙄 While most of our recipes can be easily made on the stove or in the oven, the whole point of Epicure is good food real FAST. The microwave is a tool to help us do that, but we can't very well be ambassadors of a product line that uses the microwave if we believe it radiates our food, LOL.
