We have come to the hard decision that we need to update our service pricing to match more current industry standards and better reflect the time and effort put into caring for your machines. These new prices will be scaled to the time and complexity that is involved in servicing the different machines.

Note: Service price includes cleaning, lubrication, and tune-up (basic adjustments and calibration). Service pricing does NOT include replacement of any parts. As always, if there is anything required above a normal service, you would be notified before we proceed.

As always, please remember that service through our Shoppe requires booking ahead; we do not take drop-offs (due to space constraints). For any machines not listed on the pricing sheet, we can quote you the service price at the time of booking.

This new pricing is effective immediately; however, we will honour the old pricing for any customers who already had appointments booked. Any bookings from today on will be at the new pricing.

⚠️NOTICE: We (Cindy & Tiffany) will be away from the shoppe next week to attend the Global Sewing Summit in Nashville, TN (yay).
The shoppe will be OPEN while we are gone, however the staff that will be here will not be able to address sewing machine issues for you and will not be able to take purchase orders.
