After 9 years, our Legion Branch 104 Englehart President is retiring. Without a President we are at risk of losing our charter and will have no choice but to close our doors. Our Legion has been a way for veterans to get help when in need but furthermore it as been the heart of our small community. Music jams on Saturdays, cards, darts, shuffle board and so much more. Weddings, Dances, celebrations of life not to mention our Ladies Auxiliary Community Suppers. It’s been a source of comradely and a social outlet for many of our seniors and youth alike. Lions Club Bingo nights, Vendor Markets and Annual Plant sale… I could go on and on. Long story short it would be a tremendous loss for our little town. If you are a good standing active member of the Legion or know someone who is please consider sharing this post. We need to fill the position for president by May.
