I have always had an interest in music and quality acoustic guitars. As years went by I found myself becoming more and more intrigued in the construction of an acoustic guitar. I have owned several Martin guitars. I have visited the Martin factory in Nazareth, Pennsylvania several times and was totally enthralled. Some people like collecting old cars. Some people are golf fanatics. I am guitar nuts. I wish I had been building acoustic guitars all my life but better late than never I guess. The back was glued glued to the side using fiberglass rods. Each rod pushes 8 lbs. Of pressure. Top is next. Hee haw!

So what makes a difference in a handmade guitar? The selection of wood, in this case a Master grade Adirondack top. What makes that top sound so good? Hand made scalloped Adirondack braces carved by me. This top is going on a beautiful rosewood back and sides. Going to be a killer guitar.
