The first test run of the amphibious water bike at the Elliot Lake Boat Launch.
A success(albeit with a few glitches along the way).

This is a Daymak Max folding fat tire ebike with a Shuttle Bike water bike conversion kit being installed. One more pontoon to inflate.
The kit is designed to be carried in a backpack so you can ride to a body of water, inflate the pontoons, slip fit them onto the pipe supports, pop it into the water and away you go.
You can cruise to a different location, land, pack the pontoons into your backpack, and carry on your merry way.
If you want to watch the first successful test launch(or crash and burn), you can watch the live feed from the City of Elliot Lake Boat Launch live feed.
I plan to be testing the bike at about 1:00 pm today.

Recent add-ons to the all wheel drive Boomerbeast mobility scooter:
1. 250 watt solar panel with boost voltage converter to charge the onboard lead acid batteries.
2. Added a 12 volt 32 amphour lead acid battery to the existing 60 volt system to make a 72 volt 32 ah battery bank, charging to 86 volts, enough to travel 50 kms or more. I'm mostly driving 10 kms or less in a day.
3. Added a spare removable 72 volt 20ah lithium battery to extend the range, use as primary battery in winter(keep warm indoors).
4. Most recent addition. Still fitting a Kimpex Outback rear atv storage unit with seat cushion to safely carry goods and a passenger.
