I’ll be drawing at these PUBLIC events this week. See the information in my photo.
Some people think I am out drawing caricatures for free and often comment, “It’s so nice of you to do this!”
“Well thank you but I am being paid to be here.” I say. . . The organizers of the Stony Plain Midsummer Thursdays Market, the Edmonton Downtown Farmers Market and West Edmonton Mall are paying me to draw caricatures this week. I appreciate them and and I hope you do as well. Come by if you are able to.

10 am - 5 pm each day
I’ll be doing caricatures $15. per person and have original paintings, cards, prints, magnets and t-shirts available for purchase.
There are 450 artists registered! Amazing event!

I’m part of the Whyte Avenue Art Walk again this year. I’m finally able to pick up my artist’s package tomorrow. Then I’ll be able to confirm my location!

On Friday I had the opportunity to paint at the Little Brick cafe in Edmonton’s river valley area. It was such a nice day of painting and little chats with customers who stopped to check out my progress! I hope to have this new painting done tomorrow. My reference photo is from our trip to Greece a couple years ago.
