Small Approximately 7.5" x 7.5"
Medium Approximately 9.5" x 11.5"
Long Approximately 5.5" x 28.5"
Foot Warmers

Small is for the size of an elbow or knee
Medium is for the size of your lower back
Long is for wrapping around neck or shoulder area
