Moving forward a decade into the 90s

I'd go with View C, the center jumper, perhaps enlarging the pockets so as to ensure they would comfortably hold my cell phone, and I would use corduroy, denim or plaid wool, and perhaps shorten the jumper to above the knee.
Jumpers are my favourite garment.
