This week we’re featuring Edmonton artist Marissa Chapman and her colourful, imaginative work!

Marissa’s art ranges from dreamy, surreal “Dreamscapes” to her fun and nostalgic Pixel Paintings, inspired by beloved games and shows. Her work is full of colour, expression, and little details that invite you to take a closer look.

Inspired by the landscapes and wildlife of Western Canada, Nancy's oil paintings range from dramatic mountain scenes and delicate florals to powerful wildlife and timeless portraiture. Her work beautifully blends realism with expressive colour and atmosphere, creating pieces that invite you to slow down and take a closer look.

If Nancy looks familiar, there's a good chance you've seen her around the store! She's one of our regulars and is often stocking up while preparing for her annual exhibition at the Dow Centennial Centre in Fort Saskatchewan.
